Hi Vickie and Steven...
Hope that you are
doing well and that you have a wonderful Father's Day, Steven. From what we see,
there are a lot of houses on the market at present...quite a change from a few
months ago.
Which brings me to the
reason for this little note. Lois and I were driving home from shopping
yesterday and we began commenting on all the homes for sale (I think there are
10 in Stonewood Estates) and we reflected on why people were trying to sell
their homes.
We thought part of it might
be greed. Get the top dollar while you can...before prices drop. Then we said
greed seems to be more prevalent in our world now than ever. We noted how some
real estate people can be quite greedy.
BUT, we said, almost
together, not Vickie and Steven.
So, what we want to say to
you today is "thanks." You were great to work with because you weren't greedy.
We felt throughout the process that you really cared about us and our needs and
did not pressure us at any point to make a decision (well, I think Steven wanted
us to buy the house in Carriage Trail or whatever that place was called!)
Seriously, though, your
actions indicated a strong ethical base and we appreciated that very much - we
are still appreciating it! Thus, even if you don't hear from us too often (I
guess you hear from me almost every day, come to think of it), know that we
think of you often with the most charitable of feelings. And thanks again!
