We are Florida Realtors®
How will a Buyers Agency Agreement help me
purchase my next property? What if I am already working with another
agent?
If you currently have a written agreement
with another Ocala Florida
Buyer's Agent, we cannot represent you or work with you, until the expiration of
that agreement. This does not apply to a listing agreement if your home is
for sale.
Why do I need a Buyers Agency Agreement?
The buyer’s agency agreement will extend ourselves fully to
you, holding nothing back. We need to have a certain level of commitment from
you as the buyer and this arrangement fulfills that, as well as the Florida
Brokerage Disclosure Act mandated by the Florida Legislature.
What does it mean for you to have a written
agreement with us?
It means your loyalty, nothing more and nothing less and we are not charging
you for our services under normal circumstances. It means we are working double
hard for your commitment and loyalty!
You are under no obligation to purchase, only to use our services.
You'll use our services exclusively.
If it’s a (For Sale by
Owner) they must be willing to pay us. We would handle the transaction and any agreement needs to be in writing
for us to accomplish the task.
