Here are the answers to some of the questions our site visitors have submitted

  • Q: Hi. I was wondering what the rental market was like in Ocala for a 1 family home (newly built)?

  • A: There are lots of new homes available as rentals. Usually $900-1200 per month depending on size and location. Most landlords want first, last and security deposit. For a $900 per month home, your first payment would be $900+900+security (usually anywhere from $250-900)=$2050-$2700 to move in.

  • Q : I am interested in buying a home. What is the market like in Ocala?

  • A: Currently home sales in Ocala are slowing.   Now is the best time to consider buying. Currently you will find the inventory of homes on the market to be at an all time high so you will have a large selection to choose from. We advise buyers take advantage of this slow market to get the best deals.
